SI LOS AGENTES DE LA MIGRA / ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) SE ACERCAN A USTED ...
... En la calle o en público
Pregunte, "¿Estoy libre de irme?"
(en inglés: "Am I free to go?"
Pronunciación: am ai fri tu go)
(o en inglés: "Am I free to go?"). ¡NO CORRA!
¡NO AUTORICE CATEAR A USTED!
(o en inglés: "I do not consent to this search"
Pronunciación: ai du nat con-SENT tu this serch).
Officer:
I do not wish to speak with you, answer your questions, or sign or hand you any documents based on my 5th Amendment rights under the United States Constitution.
I do not give you permission to enter my home based on my 4th Amendment rights under the United States Constitution unless you have a warrant to enter, signed by a judge or a magistrate with my name on it that you slide under the door. I do not give you permission to search any of my belongings based on my 4th Amendment rights.
NO firme nada!

If you are stopped by ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents, you have rights according to the US Constitution and American law in general. Please read the following if you know you are vulnerable to be targeted by ICE or share this information to anyone who might need to know what to do if they are stopped by ICE.
IF ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) AGENTS APPROACH YOU ...
... On the Street or In Public
Ask, "Am I free to go?"
ICE agents cannot legally detain you to question you without a reason. If they approach you, DON'T tell them your name or give any personal information. Just ask, "Am I free to go?" If they say "yes," then just leave the area . . . calmly. DON'T RUN! If they say "no," then tell them that you don't want to answer any questions and that you need to speak to a lawyer. Do not answer questions or give personal information. Be careful what you say because it could potentially be used against you in the future. Use your right to remain silent.
Do NOT authorize them to search you!
If ICE agents try to search you or your belongings, say, "I do not consent to this search."
DON'T RUN!
Don't run away from the ICE agents! If you do, they can develop a reason to stop you. If you are safe to leave, walk away calmly.
... At Home
DON'T OPEN THE DOOR!
If ICE agents knock at your door, do NOT open the door! They don't have the right to enter your home without a judicial warrant. A judicial warrant is different from an ICE warrant.
Ask the agents to slide their warrant under the door for you
A valid judicial warrant has the correct name and correct information about you or someone else who lives at your address, and it also has a judge's signature. An ICE warrant has a ICE official's signature, but not a JUDGE's signature! It is possible that an ICE officer will say it is a judicial warrant even though it's really an ICE warrant, so remember to look for the info and the judge's signature!
PASS NOTE THIS UNDER THE DOOR
(print or write it down on a piece of paper)
You have the right to remain silent.
DON'T answer any ICE agent's questions! Don't give any personal information or say anything that can be used against you.
Prepare yourself and your family in case you are arrested.
Memorize your family's and lawyer's phone numbers. Make sure you have an emergency plan if you have children or if you have medical needs. Keep copies of important documents with someone that you trust.
DON'T resist arrest or run away.
Even if ICE is is detaining you wrongfully, do NOT resist the arrest. Don't become aggressive. Don't run away even if they say you can leave. If they say you can leave, just walk away calmly.
Do NOT lie or show fake documents.
If you are a US Citizen or otherwise have lawful immigration status, you can show proof to the ICE agents. If you don't have immigration documents, tell ICE that you want to remain silent. Avoid showing documents from your home country.
Ask to speak with a lawyer.
Don't say anything else, and don't make any decisions without talking with a lawyer first.
Do NOT sign anything!
If the ICE agents show you some documents and ask you to sign, don't sign them. Don't sign anything until you have spoken with a lawyer.
Document and report any encounters with ICE.
Take pictures and videos. Write down the ICE agents' badge numbers, the amount of agents and type of car. Write down exactly what happens.
